Provided by YP.comTaking my first car in to get fixed for the very first time was nerve wracking for me, but Professional Fleet made everything so easy! They found me great deals on parts I needed replaced and they helped me to keep calm throughout the whole process. I'd highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for quality customer service and a job well done.

Provided by YP.comI went to these guys for a custom exhaust on my 04 Dodge ram. These guys did an amazing job. Sam gave me a quote on how much it would cost and when it was all said and done the ran into a few problems but kept it at the same price!!! They are one hell of a team and did an awesome job making a single in single out exhaust with a custom split for dual tips coming out the same side. I would recommend these guys for any custom work! They are fast, know what they are doing, and very nice to work with!

Provided by YP.comSome businesses are built on experience and quality. Professional Fleet Services is built on not only all that but integrity and honesty. Okemos Auto Collection (the BMW dealer) estimated my repair cost for my BMW at $3,380.00. The BMW dealer told me it wasn t worth fixing my $5K BMW!!! I took my car to Sam at Professional Fleet Services and they completely repaired my car for under $300. That s $3, 080 less than, and 10% of the cost the dealer quoted me!!!!! Professional Fleet Services is the only business I will ever take my car to. I know they re going to be honest, totally reasonable and will do the job right. That s security that in this day and age is hard to find. Look all you want, but there s no better and reliable place to take your car to. Period.

Provided by YP.comThis place is a complete ripoff, and I have to say that I am in great shock and dissappointment given all the positive reviews. This place is not only a ripoff, the owner, Sam, was VERY rude to me. After research, I found cheaper quotes from other autoshops and called Professional fleet services with this information asking how much they were charging for labor, and Sam told me, "I have to charge that much to run this business and if you want to fix it yourself than go ahead". I was shocked given what I was expecting out of this shop. Here's the story. I took my car in to get checked because it was having electrical problems. PFS called me 4 hours later stating that the alternator was the problem and gave me a 399 dollar quote. I felt this was high, so I decided to do some research, and called 3 other mechanics with my car make and model and all of them said 200-300 installed. I checked the part price and it was $95 at autozone (and about one hour of labor). I called PFS with this information and decided not to get my alternator fixed there because they would not go any lower than about 400. I later went to get my car and they charged me 40 bucks for checking the battery and alternator which I know only takes a few minutes. (they DID NOT inform me of this charge earlier). I found this to be ridiculus. I ended up having my coworker fix it (although if the coworker was not able to fix it, I would have went with one of the cheaper auto shops). I thought this was going to be my mechanic, but it ended up being the worst experience I have ever had with any mechanic. Sam, you have permanetely lost a customer, and others in Lansing will know about this bad move you have done. Please at least be professional and friendly when talking to customers...that is half of it. I wouldn't be as angry if you were at least nice and explained why the quote was so high. At this point, PFS is just another mechanic trying to scam a naive college kid out of a bunch of money.
I appreciate your view of the situation. The great thing about America is we have the freedom of choice and there is always someone out there who will do it cheaper. We have been in business for 12 years now and have got this far by only using high quality parts. We charge what we have to charge to stay in business as does most auto repair shops. You should not take offence because we could not agree to do business together. Its really ok. Thanks Sam

Provided by YP.comWe've had nothing but great experiences here. They always get our car in, worked on, and out the door in such a short time. In addition, they always call very quickly with information and an estimate, and they do great work. They have proven themselves through various encounters to be very honest and fair, to the point we have been surprised and even offered once to pay more for all the time they once spent on a very difficult problem that was hard to diagnose in our car (they only charged a very reasonable amount for the repair of the problem itself, not all the extra time/work spent on other things trying to figure this out.) The prices we have found to be very competitive/reasonable and the customer service is excellent. Once we tried this place (based on online reviews we had read) we've never taken our cars anywhere else for a repair.

Provided by YP.comI first learned about Professional Fleet Services from my wife, who had Sam do some work on her car. I am looking to keep my car in good running condition until I can pay it off, and I needed somebody to give me an honest picture of my problems. Sam was very understanding about my budget. He looked over my car and told me what the problems were. He spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me, not only telling me what needed to be done, but explaining exactly what would happen if it wasn't fixed, how long he thought I might be able to wait, and helping me to prioritize. He's been very willing to work with me, as I need to break the repairs up into phases due to monetary concerns. The fact that his shop is constantly busy, yet he takes the time to talk to customers, tells me that he is highly trusted and in great demand in the Lansing area. I look forward to working with him, and I know he will take good care of my car and my wallet.

Provided by YP.comI am always impressed by my experiences with Professional Fleet. Their customer service is exceptional from the moment when you walk in the door to long after you leave. You are always greeted by very friendly people in the shop and on the phone. They take time to really listen to the problems you describe and are even willing to ride around the block with you in your car to help understand what you mean. They are honest about the work that needs to be done and try to come up with various alternatives that can save you money. They explain everything in ways that I can understand (and I don’t know much about cars). They take responsibility for their work; if you have questions about anything, they will drop what they are doing to make it right. It is obvious to me that customer satisfaction is very important to them. I trust them and will continue to take my car there for as long as I live in the area.

They did a great job with my car at a respectable price and were very friendly throughout the process. My car was in and out within a day and they really did a great job beyond my expectations. Provided by YP.comI have a '99 Honda Civic and went in with what I thought was a muffler problem. It wasn't, but they explained it to me, showed me the part, and fixed it very quickly and it was cheapest car repair I've ever had! Also, because of the age of my car, he did a thorough examination and explained other things that could be done to it, but never pressured me for extensive service that I did not want at the time. And I felt he did not take advantage of my very slim knowledge of car repair! Thanks guys!

They get things done fast and on schedule, if you need your car back by a certain day Professional Fleet WILL have it done. They do things right the first time so your not coming back to fix the same thing. I cant stress enough that they do things right and tell you what you need to hear the FIRST time, they don't cut corners. My F150 and my previous truck, a silverado, have been in for all my work that needs to be done. Great customer service, great warranties on all parts, its all around a good place to go. i would recommend it to anyone who wants it done right, NOT poorly.

If I couldn't afford the repair they would arrange payment methods with me. My vehicle was always done the same day. I have referred Professional Fleet to my co workers, friends, family and customers at my work place.
