Do not ever buy a car from them. Their standard procedure is to clean a car out and if it runs put in on the lot for sale. They do not check out the cars first, that is why when you buy a car from them they automatically schedule you a mechanics appointment. - "to change the oil, etc". You are told to make sure you bring in your list of things you think are wrong and need to have fixed. The owner also owns a salvage yard in Flint MI. Be careful you may have just bought a salvaged car. The other side business he owns, Lansing auto repair and towing has people working for it who are rude, will yell and have called ther customers names. They sell lemons; if you call to complain they make your car take even a little longer to repair. You buy a car and it's in and out of the shop for the first 3 months, they have it more than you. They then hold a car hostage for weeks while you are paying for it, all of this within the first month or two of buying. They take advantage of people who don't have credit or have poor credit full knowing that you will keep paying because you have no other alternative or lose all the money you have already paid.

I recently went to this place to buy a car.I was very specific to what I wanted but when the salesmen could not put in the car he wanted to sell me.He passed me to someone else the result was the same he tried to put me in a gas guzzler suv which I was still very specific I want an economy car.He thought I was just being cheap as I have a perfect credit rating and a good job with a pretty big down payment.So he knew I could afford it but for some reason these reps that work here do not listen so finally he says this guy is going to help you now and I got passed again.Now at this point I feel very insulted so the next guy begins to help me.i look over and the last guy that"helped" me is just taking a smoke break over there just laughing and joking with the first guy.i have never in over 20 years of dealing with sales people on a daily basis and as well as doing my own hiring of sales people seen such unprofessional sales people ever. Just the lack of listening attention to detail and over all professionalism just point blank was not there.I just wanted a good deal on a car and these people could not deliver at all. I was more so disappointed that I wasted my time it was as if no one was in charge a bunch of kids playing around at work.I have never seen anything like it ever.Do not go to this place they will try to rip you off.

they made a couple promises and actually kept them . So not bad at all...

My friend referred me to RPM Motors and they got me into a great Chevrolet Impala. My experience there was the best car buyinh experience I ve ever had.
