Customer service is not good unorganized bootlegged very rude called in a ride the night before for the next day and didn't show up and blamed it on me for them not be organized never again I don't not recommended this cab service to anyone

No child was present, and this lady has issues with our neighbor. All I've ever done is help this woman. I would never intentionally say mean things to a little girl or her pets. We were joking around about the stray cats in the neighborhood because they pee on our porches and perhaps worse! Pets should not be allowed to wander and make messes on other people's property. That said, I actually like both children and animals, including cats, and would NEVER harm a cat unless it was seriously ill or dangerous. By the way, I attempted to call this woman after she called the company, and she didn't bother to answer. Those who know me would confirm that easily. This has nothing whatever to do with Shaggin Wagon; I just have the misfortune to live near this difficult person.

They won't lie to you! If they tell you they will be there in 15min. then they are there in 15 min. Driver was friendly and we didn't feel creeped out by him. I highly recommend this company.
