2015 Equinox - Excellent, knowledgeable sales person; fast and efficient delivery; good discounts and pricing.

We purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox from Shaheen Chevy on November 12, 2014. Our salesperson was Ritchie Schultz. He is great! We got a VERY GOOD deal on our SUV. Ritchie makes buying a car an enjoyable experience. We highly recommend Shaheen Chevy and Ritchie Schultz!

An excellent selection of vehicles caught our interest on their easy-to-use website. We got a follow-up email and call from a REAL person after submitting a question online, and we got an appointment time with sales personnel the next day. After staying with us through every step of the purchase process, our primary sales rep followed up a few times to make everything was OK after the sale. Just made my first purchase from them this last week. Greg over there was very helpful and wasnt pushy like all of the other dealers i went to. He gave me all of my options within my price range and was upfront with all of the pros and cons of each vehicle (most of which i already knew). Since i am a first time buyer at a dealership they definitely have me for life now. I would recommend anyone to go there and speak with greg. You wont be disappointed.

This is the second vehicle I have obtained from Shaheen. This time it was a new 2014 Cruze for my granddaughter to drive. I had leased a 2014 Malibu from the same salesman. Usually I find the process of obtaining a car from a dealership to be quite stressful. In this case it was almost a pleasant experience (Taking on debt is never really pleasant). We had called ahead to the salesperson (Roger Fowler) and he was ready for us when we arrived. After a test drive and our agreement to lease the Cruze Roger took over and pretty much had everything ready for us to sign the papers and take the car the next day. He even went over the car beforehand and found a couple of blemishes that he said the dealership would fix. My granddaughter is now driving the car and is extremely happy. All we have left to do is return to the dealership so Roger can go over all the capabilities of the car ( she wasn't available when we picked up the car or he would have done it then). All in all a very good experience.

Started with internet contact with Lori. She turned me over to Garrett in used vehicle sales. From my first contact with Lori through my NEW leased vehicle delivery walk thru with Garrett....I became a Shaheen Chevrolet fan. I used to buy a new vehicle every couple years so I am no stranger to the sales game. Garrett, by far, is thee best salesman and representative of his dealership that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
