If I could give Thuma's a zero star I would. Went to get a kids bike and ended up buyin gone after I had to go back 4 times because the owner 'forgot' or didn't have it yet. He will make up ANY excuse!



My son didn't like the bike so I went to return it. I HAD TO COME BACK 9 DIFFERENT TIMES TO GET MY MONEY. The owner is SO dishonest and has absolutely no business sense. I FINALLY got my money back today as I waited 30 minutes as he puts around doing nothing and wouldn't even acknowledge me.



He kept lying that he would have the money, I would show up. And he would say "my dad hasn't given it to me yet", "I have no money". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!



The kids bike cost $50 and when He finally had cash in his hand he asked if I had $10 change. I didn't so he stood there while I SHOWED HIM MY EMPTY WALLET. And then instead of giving me the extra $10 for waiting for 30min and coming back a total of 9 times. He dug up 3 one dollar bills, handed me $43 and told me there was a $7 restocking fee.



Are you kidding me? Go to school and learn some business sense. I Would NEVER recommend him to ANYONE and I will tell everyone NOT to go there. Absolutely one of the most unprofessional places I have ever worked with. I resent giving him a single dollar.

Thuma's bikes is the worst place ever.

The guy working there is totally unreliable.

The bikes they sell are awful, it got broken in a week.

Even worse, the guy cheated my money which he was supposed to return to me.

When I asked him to return me money, he said

"Do you have any paper contract that says I have to return the money ??"

You might be able to get a cheaper crappy bike, but you will get some trouble.
