I worked for Vidcom for almost a year....WOW. I have been in the field for about 20 years and I have never seen such poor quality of work in my life. When I hired in they had 2 techs, both with no experience and we're expected to fix all the messes as well as new installs. Apparently the owner did most of the field work. When I would question a mess of wires to fix he would respond "what you don't like my work " with a laugh or a smirk. When you open power supplies in a hospital to repair something and rats nest of wires falls out, no labels, loose wires, it is quite embarrassing. The following pictures are only from a few sites. I feel free now that I don't work there anymore. Like a weight off of my shoulders.

I worked with Vidcom to put together a security system for our business. They were able to provide the access control and IP Video equipment we needed and to install it without any problems. The system is working great and we are very happy with the post-sale communication and support. We would gladly recommend Vidcom Solutions to other Michigan businesses that are looking for IP Video, access control and network cabling installations.
