Oh my goodness...pharmacy NEVER answers the phone!!! My son has phenomena & needed his meds ASAP. The urgent care tried for an hour to get through to call in his script before the urgent care closed!!! The pharmacy never answered their phone....my husband was in there & listened to their phone ring for over a half hour. He let the staff know what was going on but they didn't care enough to answer the phone still. My husband called the urgent care back & they said they are STILL on hold. Urgent care has closed & we are now gonna have to take my son into the ER to be admitted if he doesn't get these meds per the urgent care!!!! THIS MOM IS ABOUT TO LOSE IT!!!!! My husband has now been at this Walgreens for 2 hours.....with no results

A local urgent care sent a prescription to this pharmacy right before their office closed for the night. When I went to pick up the prescription, I was told it has to go to a third party administrator in Utah and it would take 30-45 minutes. Once the prescription was received, it would be 30-60 minutes longer to have it filled. I called back after 45 minutes and was advised they didn't have the prescription. Now I'm dealing with a child screaming in pain and my only option is to go to the ER where there is currently a 6 hour wait. Horrible customer service. Next time I will use the 24-hour pharmacy in Sparrow Hospital.
