I was in your store on Saturday, Nov 2, 2013. Your associate Jackie H. went above and beyond to assist me. I needed a coat you didn't have in my size and this was not her normal department, however she made several phone calls and finally was able to order the coat for me. I commend her for her patience and grateful for her assistance. Again, thank you to Jackie.

I been here before and it's a very clean store and it can be expensive but it's better and the workers are very nice and kind.

Love younkers! My whole family shops here. They have anywhere from very affordable labels to pricey designers, so you can always find something to suit your budget. The only negative is that they do not have a children's shoe department.
