My daughter was there on Saturday (5/7/16) with some friends. They had planned for several days to go and just have a good time. On their way out, my daughters best friend was randomly attacked for no reason what so ever! We found out that this is NOT the first time that something like this has happened there recently and yet they have done NOTHING to make it safer! They only have one crappy surveillance camera and absolutely no security. Employees inside did nothing after it happened. They were just like "Oh. That sucks". This is NOT a safe place for your kids to go no matter what their age is! Word will get out about this! And to the witch that did the attacking.....you are a disgusting excuse for a human being and I hope the police catch your dumb a**!!!!

They then try to trick you by telling you that their games are "approximately a quarter of an hour". Just a note about language- they try to use twisting language especially in their Farmington location so that they can never be liars while evading the truth. Ann Arbor is unique in that they care very much for their customers and break all kinds of rules (such as running 15 minute games on occasion or adding time if they was a malfunction), however overall it is run like a mill to maximize sales while pushing customers around (again, Farmington is more guilty of this- its where the owners work). The owners don't like to be identified so that they can avoid customer complaints and confrontations. The managers are poorly paid and poorly treated. The lower level employees are treated even worse. Most workers are kept on call (without pay) and notified sometimes hours before a shift. Wages are below poverty levels for most- $7.40 for referees and cashiers, and
