I worked for A Plus Home Health Care. I was employed as a Clinical Supervisor, and in the field as an R.N. case manager. A Plus strives to provide excellent care. They do not cut corners by using low grade supplies, as many other companies do. Their philosophy was always, "If the patients need it, make sure their needs are met" This company pays excellent wages and provided great benefits. There are evaluations and employees are rewarded for their hard work and dedication as reflected in their income. I also worked in the Marketing Department. Tracie pays her marketers well, they work very hard and are expected to be totally ethical. Other companies tend to be envious of Tracie's success. This is a family owned and operated business where employees are treated fairly, almost like family. If Tracie was hiring physician' spouses to work in the Marketing Department, where is the law against hiring employees with connections? Why do other companies advertise for "Marketers with connection and good relationships with physicians, etc." I know first hand that this company does not do anything illegal nor participate in any kick back , pay for referral schemes. I am sorry I believed another company that recruited me while I was in the field working my behind off for the referrals I was bringing to A Plus, the other company was a scam operation! Which I recognized within my first month with that company...let me be honest, all home health companies are out their beating the bushes for business. If all of the companies offered the quality of care and quality of staff A Plus offers they would see the referrals coming in as well. Keep up the hard serving the needs of folks of our community,
