The pharmacy required an hour for waiting pickup, compared with a CVS-type store that has customers in and out in 20 minutes. No one had English as a first language, and one woman smiled a lot as she spoke in broken sentences that made no sense.

HIPAA law was blatantly broken when a nurse questioned another patient in the SAME ROOM with medical questions in Spanish, simply assuming that I didn't speak the language. She was loud and you couldn't miss a word she said.

The computer systems were so outdated that staff spent most of their time clicking from screen to screen. I had to go in and out of six offices for processing, nurse, different nurse, NP, some lady who spoke no English who waited for a print out and tried to schedule a ton of tests, then back to one of the nurses to sign another form.

A normal doctor's office would have paperwork filled out at the front desk and have you go into ONE ROOM with ONE competent nurse and one doctor or practitioner. This is government waste.

The "doctor" seemed a very bitter nurse practitioner, who rudely told me I should be grateful that they were there "for me". She prescribed the wrong medicine for me even after I explained to her the issue in taking what she wanted to give me. She agreed to give me what I asked for, then intentionally gave me what SHE wanted to prescribe.

They insisted on scheduling me for every test in the book after my first visit, even though they didn't even know when I last had all the annual tests. They are just trying to milk the government and taxpayers for everything they can.
