KC installed a new unit in my rental and had to go back 3 times in the first month because it kept dying. Now less than a year later it died again.
I called someone else and they charged me $600 to change the coil. He said it was obvious that it was going to be a problem and should have been caught by the original installer….KC.
He put a new coil in my house and screwed up the drainage. It leaked into my bathroom wall screwing up my tile and drywall.
I spoke to a property manager that had KC do some work for him and he told me that KC was expensive and he’s had to have him back a few times on multiple jobs to fix units.
He should not be doing AC work.
