They came to us with new insurance and gave us false information. The link they gave us to choose our plans was incorrect. We signed up for plans and go to the doctor to find out we were given the wrong information and our doctors aren't on the plan. Their response "oops. We're sorry." So, find a new doctor, no pediatricians even close to me. Over 10 miles to closest general practice doctor. The only plan they offer that my doctors accept cost me an extra $200+ a month. Thanks but no thanks
