My and my family have been going to Gerlach's for years, we take the kids during the week. On Fridays and Saturdays we have a great time with friends. Great open bowling hours/Great Rates. LOVE the new addition.

It is unfair to a local business to rate them based on a personal grudge. When you rate a business it should be solely on your experience. For some one to verbally bash 1 person, because of a grude they have against them, is rude and uncalled for. That other review forgets to state how much that business has done for this town in the past 90 years. It forgets that if it weren't for Gerlach's kids wouldn't have a place to bowl, high schoolers wouldn't have a place to practice, and special needs wouldn't have a place to belong to a league. If it weren't for Gerlach's many people would have a ball that doesn't fit their hand or spin the way they want. There are so many positive things to list about this company. People with a personal grudge against one person shouldn't rate a business at all because one person doesn't make a business. My family loves bowling there and I will continue for many many years. I like the atmosphere and the friendly service that i recieve. ( and for the record we have never bowled a 300) I am always treated with respect and greated by name. Not to many business have that quality about them. I hope they are here for another 90 more.

I have been bowling here for many years. I started with open bowling and since then I now bowl on two leagues. I find this bowling center to be very clean and also I feel that they meet customer satisfaction with exceptional friendliness. After reading the first comment, geared towards the Gerlach family, I truly feel like this may have been a disgruntle employee. I see both Vicky and Natalie twice a week, while bowling. I have never experienced anything less than what I provide to my customers as a business owner. My only complaint would be that it is hard to get into open bowling during the winter months...only because they are so busy with many leagues. I guess this would only mean that there are many satisfied customers, otherwise I don't think they would continue to bowl year after year at Gerlachs. Shame on the person who would try to defame the character of a family whom as been it business more years than you've probably been alive. Thank you to the Gerlach family for the many years of fabulous customer service!!

I would not recommend this place for bowling and especially not a bowling party. We had one there this weekend and the lanes were warped some so the bowling itself was okay for the kids. The party part was no good though, although the room was decent. The pizza was awful frozen pizzas ran through an oven, the service was terrible. They wanted us done bowling at 1 because our food would be done. I would assume the room would be ready to eat when we were done bowling being that we finished 15 minutes late. We had pizza, but no plates no salad no napkins or drinks. Finally got the salad but no dressing, then pop but no cups. So another 5 or 6 minutes later we got cups and dressing but enough ranch for two people and we had 30 with salad. It literally took another 15 minutes to get some ranch while guests sat with plain salad and crappy pizza. The young girls running the show were rude and one even got snotty with my husband about getting the dressing . After paying nearly $200 for the crap food and service the girl didn't even turn back around to take the slip and say have a nice day or anything. Needless to say 30 guests with alot of kids left telling me thanks for the hard lesson learned, they would never have a party there.
