Very nice atmosphere, good food, great views, and great service! It’s my go-to restaurant in Lapeer, especially during the summer so I can sit outside on the deck.

My wife and I arrived 4:30pm on a Tuesday, asked and were seated on deck
very nice view. waited 15 min. no one served us so we left.

What a place!! The inside has been completely remodeled and the menu enhanced recently. Since the old owners were evicted last year, the lean holder had taken over since. They have made impressive improvements, and the place looks great again (and very clean!!). Rumor is that a new owner is about to move in and take the business over by years end. The new owner has local ties to the area and is a seasoned and experienced bar/restaurant owner. He was the founder and a former principle (along with three others) of the Polar Palace and Louie's Sports Tavern. I have heard they plan to make additional improvements and additions to the business and enhance the local theme and especially the menu, by adding popular menu items along with promoting a popular sports bar theme and family restaurant atmosphere. They are also said to have plans to improve to the outside deck area and dock space at the waterfront to accommodate summer boating traffic. Bring it on!!!
