Poor communication, and regularly cause unnecessary delays in closing. I have use this company for two closing and had trouble both times. Because they supposedly could not get a hold of my insurance company they sat on the check for 45 days. The only way I found out is because my insurance company sent me a cancellation letter in the mail for non payment. I had to make the payment out of my pocket then wait another 30 days or so to get my money.They also by default add "insurance" to the closing which is not required and do not discuss or give you the option. I recommend you do not do business with this company, as well as do a quick google search on them so you can read of on recent law suits filed against them.
