If I could give 0 stars, I would! Horrible and completely unprofessional from the secretary to the owner. I have a very long list of why I feel this way including, jobs not being completely done, damaging property during snow plowing, leaving huge ruts on our lawn, and not repairing, burning on our property without permission, not completing full fall clean up (leaving leaves in corners and harder to reach areas and when I asked them to blow them out they just blew them into yard and left there). When I called company about problems they said I did not tell them clearly what needed to be done and blamed me. They never offered any resolution. They did not plow our driveway during the huge snow storm last year which left us snowed in. When I called to ask why (after waiting over 24 hours to see if they would show), they said oh, sorry, we accidentally cancelled your account. The secretary also acts clueless when she returns a complaint call saying she didn't hear the whole message and doesn't know what you need. That happened twice which after the second time didn't seem like a coincidence anymore. Now they want to take us to court over unpaid $100 balance after sending one bill and giving us no phone call to ask for payment. When I called to pay it and ask why they made a court order, they said they just figured we weren't going to pay.
