I'm glad you had a good experience, because ours was not. The installer left the carpet on the lawn (which was wet), so it had a bad smell when installed, despite my asking about this, the carpet was cut against the grain, so while we have considerable "extra" carpet, the seams are coming apart. The workmen left oil stains on the new carpet, and didn't complete the job in a timely manner. Depsite calling and asking for repairs, wwe have only been ignored. They are very prompt in asking for payment though. I had a much better experience with another carpet compay, and I would suggest staying away from this business if you expect more than a quick invoice.
