Provided by YP.comMy dog has been sick for a while now and the staff always makes sure to make him a priority. I was going to another vet, but they didn't have an after hours number or weekend hours. The cost is high, which isn't my favorite, but the pros outweigh the cons. The staff is friendly, the vets are good, and the services they provide are better than most. They know my dog by name and him not being terrified means more to me than money.

Provided by YP.comI drove from OUT OF STATE to get medicine they told me they had, then I get there just for them to tell me oh we don't have that here, you'll have to get it online. They knew I was driving from far. So as they suggested I looked at their online store & the medicine was $20 more then they quoted me. So I called the vet & all they told me was yah we get cheaper prices because we are a clinic...because they mislead me & cost me money by driving there, they should have offered me a discount, or atleast the price they quoted me in the beginning. Now my dog has no medicine. They did NOTHING to try & resolve this issue.

Provided by YP.comReception staff is very friendly and welcoming. Groomer did a nice job on our dog. However, AAH tacks on charges for everything and has requirements for unnecessary medical treatments just to get your dog groomed there. Exorbitant extra charges for nail clipping and ear cleaning that are included in grooming charges at other grooming salons. Pushed heartworm prevention although heartworm risk is very low in Wyoming and particularly at this elevation. Paid more than twice as much for grooming at AAH as we paid our (excellent) groomer in our prior Wyoming community. In all, AAH grooming service is not a good value. No straightforward dog grooming should cost over $50: we paid more than twice that. Unless you have money to burn, we don't recommend AAH for grooming services.

Provided by YPmobileThey refused to put down our dog after we had an appt with them for a week. She's an old a sickly dane been in bad health for the last 2 years other vets cant help but this one wants to run through a series of meds and tests the day of. So they wanted to just run up the bill or they wouldn't help.
