DOE plumbers are always prompt and efficient. They are courteous and explain what they are doing. I have relied on DOE plumbing for years and I highly recommend them. They get the job done right!

My husband and I are new to Laramie and we purchased an old house that needs lots of plumbing help. Doe Plumbing was recommended to us. We used them a few times but finally got sick of them not fixing the problem, or doing a quick fix and then telling us "to fix this what you really need to do is..." but not offering a permanent solution to fix our plumbing problems.

If you're a slum lord looking for a cheap quick temporary fix and poor customer service, call Doe. If you're a homeowner who genuinely cares about your home and wants a professional plumber to do good plumbing work for you call somebody else, anybody else.

Doe Plumbing, we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they turned out to be a complete disappointment.

We've used DOE plumbing at least twice and are pleased with the results. We started with a clogged drain that was a relatively easy fix. If I had the right tool, I might have been able to do it myself. Second time was a toilet that had leaked damaging the subfloor that was fixed and th floor was also fixed without a separate contractor. To make it easier for me to transfer with my disability, I asked if he could swap the toilets in our bathrooms. That was done, and the repairs were done well. Life is easier with the configuration we now have.

Late, poor customer service-- very rude! I did not feel valued as a customer, my time was not respected. Did not even call when 3+ hours late. There are more efficient and more considerate places to spend your money.
