This dealership is owned by Maverick of Cheyenne. They hard sell service plans and extended warranties. They practically won't sell you a bike unless you go through their financing. They tell people they need to bring the bike to a Harley dealer for service or the warranty will be voided; a violation under the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). They actually tell people that they have to bring a new bike in for a 500 mile "break-in" service; the most important part of the 500 mile service is "re-packing the wheel bearings and adjusting the brakes." In reality the first service is at 1,000 miles, HD has had sealed wheel bearings since 2000, and there is no brake adjustment. If you are unfortunate enough to have Maverick service your bike they don't perform most of the service items. They don't adjust the drive belt or the clutch. They never lube the cables or grease the steering neck bearings. A $500 "service" at Maverick's is the equivalent of a $75 oil change at a reputable shop.
