I took my vehicle to Warren's after doing much research. There rates were the same or lower than other places in town. Also, I spoke to many customers of theirs that said it was the only honest place in town. It was a great experience and they got my car working in top notch fashion. It is definately nice to find a place that is honest, pleasant and all around good. I will be taking my car back there as needed and will be sending all my friends there as well!!!

Thankfully, a very courteous & prompt Warren's was available after another tow company cancelled a call to pick up 3 stranded UWYO students who slid into a ditch. Not sure if driver was Mr. Warren or not, but the driver was very professional & understanding. We will definitely keep your number on file.

Had my Explorer totaled, in an accident. Just told cop to have anyone tow it, which ended up being Warren's. None helpful, rude, impatient, and way over priced. Had my Explorer there for 2 days Sunday and Monday and it cost me $515. Would barley work with me trying to figure out what to do. I am a student so im at school from 7am to 430pm so trying to do everything and get the money was not the easiest, they did not care at all unless had to do with them getting money.

The entire experience was a disappointment! I found Warren’s auto shop on the Dex website and referred my friends to it, because they were coming into Laramie with a broken vehicle. I am very unhappy with the service provided by this auto shop for many reasons:• The car was done for over an hour before they called to say it was ready• Overcharged for the PARTS (100% mark up) and LABOR as well as incorrectly installed a new alternator (for a licensed mechanic, this should be a simple, everyday installation) • When said alternator quit working almost a week later, the service and installation guarantee was not offered and the office personnel were extremely rude and didn’t take responsibility for a repair Warren’s “guarantees” • Warren’s also charges up to $90/hour with a 2 hour minimum for labor; in Denver labor ranges from $55-$65 an hour with no minimum hour requirementI would definitely not suggest this mechanic to anyone.
