ASASH is the very disorganized. they came to spray twice. but both times they were late by more than 1.5 hour! We found a bug while the exterminator was here and the fumigator took it to get examined. they never called us back with any info. And when WE called them back they were only interested in scheduling the 2nd fumigation visit. the lady at the desk didn't seem to be interested with any of our inquiries. The old man that came to inspect our home for a wood-burrowing beetle was probably the best part of our experience with them! he was so thorough. worst experience when it comes to service.

When I scheduled them to spray my yard, no one mentioned I would need to have my yard sprayed twice for it to work. Conveniently, when I called two weeks later to report bugs still in my yard I'm told I should have bought there two pass service. Now they want me to pay another 60 to come and do it. Why would I pay again to do something that could not be done right in the first place. Oh well, money waisted. Now if only I could find the number of the last guy who sprayed my yard and left me bug free for more than 6 months. One more thing, hire people who are professional, when some one shows up to perform a service at a home, acting professional is a must. Don't show up looking like your forced to be there.

Get a second opinion before you agree to hire Asash. They promised to treat my buildings for termites and roach fumigation. I was in a hurry and didn't read the contract, but I should have. They only treated one building with a "partial" treatment and never fumigated for roaches. When I got the bill, they tried to charge me an additional $453.75, which I won't be paying since, "we have a contract." In addition, the gentleman who owns this business wants you to spend a lot of time listening to his sales pitch and watching his videos, which is frustrating to someone who has a lot of work to do and just wants a professional to come in and do his job.
