(First off she is really old and very incoherent) I saw Mrs. Cronfel for a bankruptcy and she promised that it was no problem and she could help me out. I pay the retainer and the only person I talk to is her incompetent paralegal (Gabriel Chapa). The paperwork was severely lacking and filed incorrectly. The first hearing when Mrs. Cronfel showed up in pajamas I was really worried. After the hearing I asked the paralegal for a complete list of what was needed to correct the paper work. She never contact me after sever attempts by me. She doesn't return phone calls or emails. The paralegal calls me 2 weeks before the next hearing to tell me what paper work I needed. I gather it and the day before the hearing I call to make sure everything is alright and she informs me that my case has been dismissed. She says it is because we didn't make a payment (which we did), She says its not her fault it is the systems and wants me to pay out another $1300 to file again. She says she actually lost money cause she should get $4000 for a bankruptcy. I say well I paid $1300 and got nothing. Then she kicked me out of her office. She is a thief and really old. She should retire. DO NOT GO TO HER SHE WILL SWINDLE YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!
