Extremely poor service
For a package to go overseas and they told me it would be received abroad on time if I paid $120. 1 month later the package is still in transit , it's way past the due date of delivery. The other country calls and we still have to pay
$50.00 more at customs ! So we call to complain and the employees there shuffle our call around . They would not let me speak to their boss to complain. Maybe they want to hide their mistakes from their boss. I have to repeat the incident 5 x and each time different representative denies and gives excusses for the bad service. Not to mention if we had sent the package by boat for less than $50 , it would have arrived to its destination by now.
They are impossible to reason with.
I do not recommend anyone send anything abroad through this company.
