I took my daughter for a cleaning a couple of days ago.Everyone was friendly and nice.Dont like the tv commercials they show ,but other then that the Hygenist Noel was very gentle .My daughter said the passed hygenist was too rough and hurt her. This time the visit was great.

Koolsmiles is great ! My son loves to go and the hygienist was very sweet during his whole cleaning and assistant Jessica had lots of patience while taking the X-rays

I have been taking my kids to Kool Smiles and they love it. The doctors are patient and the staff always treats you so well I highly recommend this place.

Very friendly staff, especially Consuelo. Initially, we got off to a rough start because of a misunderstanding, but once that was remedied all was well. Great service!

sad sad experience. the front office staff is Rude Rude Rude...when you ask to complain about them the point to the number on the wall. no apology even care. I spoke to my friends about them and they told me the same thing ..koolsmiles does not care about customer service. just the money. I know nothing will come of these rude folks but at least I can worn my fellow Laredoens about these RUDE RUDE ladies--Consuelo and Elizabeth are crappy crappy people and forget about Roxy fake smile and fake concern.
