My husband and I recently placed an order for delivery on Mother's Day. We are extremely pleased with the entire transaction. I was given exceptional customer service before, during, and after placing the order. The man who answered my calls was patient, kind, and professional. My mother called me the second she received it and sounded so excited and happy. We are 6 hours away from her so making her feel special despite the distance was highly important to us. Thank you for helping us make her feel loved.

I purchased a basket over the telephone from McAllen TX. I gave the owner my cell phone number so she could get in contact with me if anything was needed. She was even kind enough to send me a picture over txt message before the basket was delivered. Turns out i gave her the wrong address but the delivery man (owners husband) drove up and down the whole street until he found the right location. Needless to say they have excellent service and I WILL purchase from them again in the future! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!



p.s. i even got a courtesy phone call after the delivery was made :)
