The overall service of the employees was good. The owner on the other hand is very unprofessional, and lacks ethics. I purchased some supplies from them didn't used it all, so I returned what I didn't need. I was told that there were no refunds but, that I had a credit. I was not able to use partial credit had to use the full amount. They told me there was no time limit that I would have the credit until it was used. Two years later I am needing some supplies, more than the credit I had. I call and told them what I needed, and told them about my credit. They said it was in the system, but they had to run it by the owner. There shouldn't be any problem cause the system had the credit. After a week of calling every day to check what was happening, they finally told me that the owner had said that they couldn't give me the credit, because they couldn't find the paper trail of the credit. I asked to speak to her, but she refused to talk to me. and never returned my calls.
