Benavides Maddox, PC began when Adriana Benavides Maddox founded The Law Office of Adriana Benavides Maddox, PC in 2006. She handled a variety of cases, but her practice became focused on civil litigation, including all aspects of family law, such as divorce, marital property, child custody, and child support.

In 2011, Edward F. Maddox joined the firm full time, and the name of the firm changed to Benavides Maddox PC.
