The Pharmacy staff very nice and the Pharmacy nice and clean the Pharmacy drivers are very nice they call you before they come to my house I been a customer for long time I recommend it

I completely understand that all stores have standard hours. BUT, we live in a modern world where if we doubt the store hours, we will check the website just to reassure the hours of operation. I went to their MARTINEZ pharmacy website (where u can also ask for refills) and it clearly states on THEIR website that the store hours are 9am-8pm mon-friday! I come in to pick up my prescription and the doors are locked at 7:10pm. The door states that mon-thurs they close at 7pm...I had just gotten off the phone with someone at 6:55pm asking if my prescriptions were ready.. they said YES, and I mentioned, okay great I'm on my way... this lady could've given me a friendly reminder that they'll be closing in 5 minutes and I would've saved my self the trouble! Note: If you're going to be changing your store hours... just make sure you do the same for your website! - Sincerely a sick customer who would've like to have slept peacefully with her medication.
