Mike's Paint Place did excellent work on my 2013 VW Toureg. We are very happy with the out come of the job. The only issue was the Geico insurance appraiser that is partnered with Mike's Paint Place. The appraiser did have open communication with us, but was not versed on the information that he was providing us. We decided to have Mikes Paint Shop work on our vehicle, after reviewing the preliminary supplement estimate and having a clear understanding with what was going to take place with the repairs and our deductible ($1,000.00), with the Geico appraiser. It was a "win" for us, but it was to good to be true. The appraiser mentioned that we would receive a $300.00, customer appearance check, if one of the parts to the fender would be re-useable. The part was reusable. This customer appearance check was discussed in lengthly detail and it was clear to us that we would be receiving the appearance check. A second supplement estimate came along, with additional labor and material costs. We were not willing to take the second estimate ($900.00 give or take), because the appraiser told us that he would place the customer appearance amount towards the deductible and we no longer would be eligible to receive the $300.00, check. He told us that he was so sorry that we misunderstood. We did not mis-understand. The problem was with the appraiser not giving the correct information to customer. Turn out: We decided to pay the $500.00, original repair costs and withdrew the insurance claim with Geico,

My engine was Hydro locked I thought it was a total loss Mike’s took care of it and it’s running just like me you been taking my vehicle here for years and will continue to do so!
