Came to eat at pollo palenque on san bernardo in laredo tx, the cashier got our order wrong, I told her " quiero dos, # 3. She gave me two # 4. I did not ask for, "dos de 3 piezas, thats what # 4 is, then when we asked her to correct the order, she blamed us, she told the other cashier, " ellos ordenaron # 4, y ahora quieren # 3. She messed up then blamed us. If she hadn't been messing with her cell phone maybe she would have gotten the order right.. the exact time was 2:34pm on sat april 28...other than that the food here is great, we have been here before. This was the first time we had any problems....

Great tasting meat and the tacos are super stacked. 2 will probably get you full. Prices are high though, for tacos especially this close to the border.
