Excellent parts department. Helped me with everything i needed and always keeper me informed on when my parts were to arrive.

BAD SERVICE

The Service Department should not be calling themselves Quality Service.

Asking one to leave their vehicles there all day for a car wash to to change a light bulb.

Or questioning the validity the customer's paperwork, when they themselves have issue it.

That's calling the customer a cheat and a liar.

First of all you don't deserve 1 star rating.Service is really bad. This little kid doing customer service is a joke. How do you tell customers that are there since 7:45 am, that if you leave your veichle it "MIGHT" be done by 4pm. Because all of their Lube Techs quit and need to have their Master mechanics need to do the oil change. I bought my truck with the understanding that I would receive my free oil changes. This the third attempt to get my oil changed. I've also been waiting for 4 month's on a call back for my recalls.so now I need to go pay $60 for an oil change. I hope I get a reply from someone on this issue...

Service is really bad and customer service is horrible. I took my Mercedes for oil change and they took 3 days to do it. When I picked it up they had put 800 +miles on it. Since I did not take a picture of the speedometer I could not proof it. I clear my trip miles every time I fill up so it would have been 3 fill ups of me not clearing the trip miles. Not likely !!! Please check your speedometer

These people are great at selling you a car but are lousy at providing service after the sale! I got the runaround for a month before I was even able to get an appointment to have my car worked on. I showed-up for the appointment and waited to have someone work on my car. After 2 1/2 hrs. they informed me that the person who was suppose to do the work did not show-up. What a way to conduct business! I'll never buy another vehicle from Powell-Watson Motors.

These people are great at selling cars but lousy at providing service after the sale! Good luck getting a hold of anyone after the sale if something goes wrong with your car. You will get the runaround from salemen and sales managers. I'll never buy another car from Powell Watson Motors; I'd rather go out-of-town the next time I need to buy a car.
