I'm gonna start off and say that this a horrible place to lease out. Way overpriced for living side by side housing, and no amenities. Was lied to by management by not stating it was housing. When we found out and confronted management they said "we'll you never asked". So there's housing people that live here who don't respect your building or parking. All the people from the south side move here cause it's in the north side and housing. Parking is horrible, people don't respect your car port which you pay for. Towing service takes hours before they get here, people park in your paid carport and don't care. Management is horrible and should be fired!! Maintenance is horrible also. Landscaping company does a horrible job makes it unpleasant to enjoy outdoors. Management only tell you want you want to hear and nothing gets fixed. They blame you before they blame themselves. This place has been open for almost 2 years and the gates finally work and our keychains they gave us weren't even programmed. There lazy ! Brownstone is horrible as we'll. I've tried contacting them repeatedly and no response. Walls are cracking there's flooding on the parking lot caused by horrible building engineering, and sprinklers hitting the driveways so don't bother washing your cars. Gym equipment is always broken, the billards room is always locked. The swimming pool is always dirty and has fungi growing. Health dept had to be called numerous times. Gas bbq pit does not work and neither does a little fire pit there. Management claims to stay open till 5:30pm but close before then. I've rushed to get out of work early to talk to the office and there were closed before 5:30. And they close weekends. They send no letters or flyers to inform residence about office changes. Office takes numerous days off on holidays. There is no pest control however we do pay for it monthly. My lease is coming up and only have had pest control come twice, and I have to call the office to require a visit. Bottom line is they lie to you, it's a scam, they want your money btw there hiking up the rent, there's no Authority, people get away with everything. Oh and there's pet droppings everywhere which causes the complex to smell and unpleasant to walk through. Horrible management and should be fired. Brownstone horrible company and shouldn't be allowed to manage a complex. Rent is way to high for anyone to consider with everything wrong with this place. People are moving out of here monthly, nobody is renewing their lease. There dropping like flies. That's how I know I'm not the only one who feels this way about these apts. all my neighbors are unsatisfied and moving out as we'll. bottom line don't live here. In a couple years it's gonna be nothing but oilfield and housing people here. The only people who do enjoy it here are housing. Cause they pay half of what you pay normally. And in the north side. Don't let them fool you. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

If you haven't gone by to visit this AMAZING ;new apartment complex ; its a must see!! Not only the complex is nice ; so is the staff they have ; they are courteous & friendly & ready to answer any questions. Even if your not in in the market in moving stop by ; just to say Hi!!! I was totally impressed ...!!!
