Lucky enough to have a first preview of Chef Roberto Gonzalez newest restaurant is truly a unique experience for Laredo. Its quite a spin off from what most expect from his first in Laredo, El Capataz--! This place carries the same expectations that most who love his first venture. BUT, so different and unexpected!

The education continued with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from New England Culinary Institute in 1999.
