They never answer the phone, You can call and call. My mail is being thrown on the dock at our office even so we have a US postal Service approved mail box.

They have delivered my packages wrong twice, always scared when its not UPS doing it. plz do better.

This post office is under-staffed with incompetent employees. I called (7 times before receiving an answer) to ascertain the location of a package for which I had received an online notice of attempted delivery. I was informed that the package was waiting for me to pick it up. I went to the post office to retrieve my package. After about 20 minutes of aimlessly searching an apparently cluttered mess of shelves, the employee informed me that the package was no where to be found.



The lines at this post office are always long. You can expect a long wait. I have taken to using UPS or FedEx for all of my shipping and mailing needs. The little extra money is well worth the hassle and uncertainty of dealing with this post office.



Also, the carriers like to leave packages in random locations without notice. Fortunately, I have enough rapport with my neighbors that we can sort out which packages belong to whom.
