I have had a terrific experience here. (3 weeks) It was the first apartment I visited during my apartment search process and the best. I ended up visiting 10+ but nothing compared to Villa Dorada in terms of its building quality, amenities and location. The staff is friendly and extremely professional. I had the pleasure meeting Clarissa and Celina. The only problem i noticed was my front doorbell wasn't working well and that was fixed the same day it was reported. Thanks Maintenance!

I love this apartments there always clean. Its very close to all the stores, the manager is very helpful and professional when it comes to a complain or something not working. I love the super spacious closets.

Pet-friendly, gated community with modern amenities, over sized closets, washer/dryer included. Pool and fitness center available 24/7. :) Move in today!!!!

I'm shocked to see only one review for this property. Most people that leave these apts are usually in some kind of a battle for lack of service or due to a cross with words with the "daughter" that is "In charge." The review was negative, which is absolutely FACT and no surprise. The daughter who "manages" the property is better at running off tenants with her RUDE mannerisms. It is sad to see that this hasn't changed since 2011. There is little interest in running a clean, secure, gated community as they claim to offer. They sure try to charge for this, though. This would be great if you would get the services you are paying for. Instead people park in your assigned parking spaces,side walks are not handicapped accessible except for one spot that is always blocked by cars parked on the fire lane rendering it useless. Trash cans overflow from the lack of sufficient receptacles, no emergency contact number is available, except for calls forwarded to the daughter who usually never answers ( talk about liability) and the mailbox is always full, ( and if she does answer your call by accident or when you call from a different number , she is not worried about expressing the disinterest with your questions, concerns or needs as a tenant. This gated community may be open to the public due to repairs that go unresolved for weeks on end,..... Shall I continue?? Thinking of moving here??? Good luck to you!

This is the worst place the dauther owner's is so rude after 2 or 3 complains she gets mad and if you keep complaining about something it need 100% attention as trash all over, people having partys after 2 am till 5 am, swimming pool durty, no lights around the building, people parking for a long time their used cars for sale at the parking lot, dogs pu all over, glass and can beers all over after early parties, loud music with based inside apartments and parking (car radio) WARNING WARNING WARNING
