The passport clerk was very kind, attentive, knowledgable & helpful in taking picture, and also checking the application form and all the necessary requirements to renew my passport.
Then afterwards, I just went to the local post office to send off the package by priority mail, along with the money order to the passport agency in Irving, Texas.

It was surprisingly a good experience. I interact with more than four people and everyone was surprisingly experienced, well mannered and very helpful. More than 17 windows to help you. Long gone are the days where you have to wait 2 hours. I hope it continues like that, thank you to the staff.
