Provided by YP.comI wouldn't give this office even half a star nor would I recommend it to anyone, not even an enemy! The dentist does not listen to his patients, won't even let you finish a sentence for that matter. He is argumentative, judgemental, and belittles you in a passive aggressive manner. The staff turnover is incredible. Their experienced lab tech quit just before starting my case. The 'new' lab tech is a very sweet young lady who admitted to me she had no experience. I really liked her and was willing to be patient but the dentist insisted that I am "difficult to work with" and "can't be pleased" and then called me 'hysterical' once he finally brought me to tears after 3 hours of dealing with his unreasonable conduct at one visit. I actually felt bullied! The whole story would raise many eyebrows! But I do have to say this is NOT representative of other Aspen Dental offices and fortunately, there are plenty to chose from in our area. Steer clear of this one!

Provided by YP.comFollow up review billing lies, I asked over and over at the beginning of this nightmare, if everything was covered, by insurance and the over 400.00 I gave them, they said yes, come to find out I was only suppose to pay 258.00 to them. Cheater Liars.

Provided by YP.comThese comments are for the Seminole Blvd, Largo Location. They do not listen to their patients and the turnover of dental assistants makes for inconsistent care, the dentist patronizes customers in a passive aggressive manner. The large dark hair guy who makes dentures is a "know it all", when I told him my mouth still hurt, after months of "healing", his reply was "How long have YOU been doing this? and announced " I have been dong this for 4 years, I think I know a little more about this that you!". I replied "but this is my mouth and I know when it hurts." The only saving grace in the whole entire place and the only reason I came back for as long as I did is Michelle, she is a Little angel in a pile of incompetence, and the other girl, only 19 but should have a great career ahead of her, when she gets out of this office.
I would highly recommend not coming to this location. It is not pleasant to sit in a dental chair and hear the mousy hair, skinny, new assistant complain that "the old people are a pain n the a** , and their skin is like paper, Ha Ha Ha". All I can say is google Apsen Dental before you make the same error I did. I have had tochange locations to finish my denture work, Next year I am changing insurance and plan get all of this corrected.
