This accounting firm has HORRIBLE customer service and appears to have a lack of communication between partners. You seem to keep calling and calling and calling to get an answer as to whether or not they can assist your needs. If you don't make over $90,000, Chris won't consider taking you as a client (stating he only takes "high profile clients"; instead, he immediately refers you to his partner Tom. Again you are stuck trying to get in contact with Tom. After making several phone calls and finally getting a chance to speak with Tom, he denies accepting the referral that was given by Chris himself. What kind of business is taking place that they can not tell people right from the beginning that they are unable to offer assistance with the potention clients taxes. The worst part, is when Tom begins to insult people over the phone about their taxes! what kind of customer service ettiquete is that? Never would I recommend these people!!!! Unprofessional and unpleasant!
