This place used to be good but it has really gone downhill. They tell you they can fix your car so they can charge you a couple hundred bucks but then say to take it to the dealer. They perform a few token services like topping fluids despite you asking them not to do that, then charge you to get your car back

Wayne is a wonderful, knowledgeable and honest mechanic. As a women it is important to have a mechanic you can trust and you can trust Wayne. I brought my car because the maintenance light was blinking. He checked it out. Assured me it was just a factory reminder for service that I didn't really need at this time and reset it. When I do need service I will absolutely bring it to Penney's.

Dear Karen, I want to thank you so very much for the reference you gave to my wife that lead us too Wayne at Penny's Auto Service inc. Wayne and his staff are most professional mannered and the services that were performed on our 525IBMW were most acceptable. I was also impressed that Wayne took the time to call Fidelity Insurance (our extended warranty rep.) and requested that he be accepted as our warranty representative and is able to continue to service our BMW in and out of warranty. Karen, thanks to you we have found a service company that we can put our faith and trust in that will treat us fair and perform above average work, today that is so hard to come by.
