I was in the parking lot of the bent elbow lounge. Largo police officer Rice. Was arriving in the the parking lot. With his lights flashing. In response to a disturbance in the lounge. He ordered me to stop my bike park and remain. I asked him why? He said because I want to talk to you. I responded well I don't want to talk to you. I was on my motorcycle. On my way out. But there was a car also exiting out Infront of me. Which prevented me from exiting. He then states that I am not free to leave. To park. So I u turned behind the vehicle in front of me. And rode to a vacant spot on the lot.
As I'm stepping off my bike. He's running towards me. And I ran from him on foot.
He arrests me for felony fleeing to elude. Confiscated my bike for purposes of auction.
I didn't use the bike to flee. I used my feet to flee. Which is misdemeanor flight from the police.
He totally arrested me for a felony charge that by its very detailed description of legal definition. I didn't commit. He also hit me with a charge of intoxicated disorderly. However, he didn't have proof of the intoxication.
No field sobriety test. No blood test.
And now to get my bike out. I have to pay for all the towing expenses and storage fees. All though it was really confiscated in wrong and false fashion. And fight this felony charge in court. Because of his actions.

Horrible!! Never respond!! Glad to see my tax dollars wasted.
