The company came at their appt time, excellent service and very reasonable price, knowledgable about tree symmetry and because of the amount of work added a few extra landscaping sevices that I needed. His crew was neat and polite and I will definitely be using him in the future! I will recommend to all of my friends and neighbors. I have had 3 tree services in the past and Land Pro has been the absolute best! I gave him a 4 only because he was on a massive job in St Pete and the work took his crew longer than expected. He also follows up after the crew leaves to inspect the work!!! Wow!

you in no way was taken advantage of. In fact didn't I take off the $1000 deductible that you was suppose to pay with the insurance? So how can someone that endured no expense from something, accuse the very person who made sure you didn't see any expense that he had taken advantage of you? You call taking off your thousand dollar portion of the bill an advantage to me or my company? Makes no sense. As for the lien.... we advised you that we might have to. We waited almost an entire year to receive any compensation for the emergency services we proved to you. In regards to the BBB Rating, that was predominantly the fact that we had not paid our accreditation renewal fees and was still displaying the logo. Not because we had did bad business. Again with the organizations and certifications... We most certainly do.( ISA ) www.isa-arbor.com under "Professional Credentials" You'll find me listed as a professional member and the gentleman you dealt with (Alex Petroski) is listed as a certified arborist. If your going to slander someone at least do the research prior. Now for this fence that endured two monster oak trees falling on it. Not to mention there is only 20 ft. between the two houses where this chain link fence stood, and ultimately was buried in tree debris. I told you too try to get the insurance to cover the fence as it was already damaged severally. You should be ashamed of yourself to say such things about people who went above and beyond for your family. You should be grateful for the additional work my guys did that you were not charged for. The thousand dollars I lost by allowing you to not have to pay your deductible.Then you slander us with your unsubstantiated claims and arguments.

I would give LAndPro -10 stars if possible!! This company is a fraud! I am ashamed to have them in our community and embarrassed to have fallen for their schemes!! They took advantage of us after tropical storm Debby blew trees onto our house. Even threaten to lien our property when we did not want to pay them until the work was completed and the fence they broke was repaired. I was not able to properly research them because we had no electric after the storm. If we had, we would have found the F rating with the BBB and that they are not associated with the many organizations they claim to be with including Certified Arborist (ISA)!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEM as we did!! You will regret it as we do!!
