Provided by YP.comI just experienced the same. Paid money up front. for 3 weeks, he kept saying the part hadn't come in yet but he would check and get back to me. He never got back. Now after 10 weeks he won't return my calls. So he has my money and the appliance is still broken. I should have checked the BBB before hiring him. My mistake.
Unfortunately, he should be put out of business.
