I got a letter in the mail saying I owed $300 to an obgyn I had in the first 4 months of my pregnancy, I had a $500 deductible for when I give birth to my son. I told her I switched and if anything I thought I would be credited back since the last payment was in September and I was due in January. She at first said, "its your responsibility not your sons" After she was incredibly rude and demeaning, I hung up and called my old OBGYN and talkig to billing and said once you start the payment plan but switch you shouldn't pay the rest and should be credited back for money since I didnt use their services. I called back Jenny- the witch, and she said "you asked a generalized question that doesnt pretain to you at all" for at which point I asked to speak to someone else. I was trying to get was a clear description of what I need to dispute this..
The president of the business said they would contact the doctor and get it cleared up

I received a letter of collection with threats from these people. The letter I received demands IMMEDIATE payment for a

debt to an UNSPECIFIED creditor. To my knowledge, I owe no one. It has to be the strangest letter I have ever received.

The only hint they give is it is a MEDICAL Business Collection company. But, I have good insurance and have paid every bill for co-pays I have ever received. I called the company, but received an answering machine. I will be following up on this carefully and will refer this to the proper authorities.

On another review here--these people are called the worst kind of bottom feeders. Nothing could be more accurate. I have never been so verbally abused in my life. You may notice that their address cannot be found--only a PO Box. When you call them, they do not mention the name of the company and will not give you any information concerning what type of business it is. I do not know much about collection agencies, but this alone seems strange. What do they have to hide? I for one will be taking action to see that people who are injured or infirm are subject to the horrible way I have been spoken to by their Ms. Banks. Anyone so harsh and bitter should not be allowed to deal with the public in any way. I ask of anyone that should read this review to call any doctor who does business with these people and let them know how horrible they are. I will tell let doctor who turned this over to them know that I will not pay the bill as long as they do business that would support a company like this. Anything I can to to help ensure that a senior citizen who is suffering does not get treatment like I did, will be my mission for some time.
