Fabulous. #epic staff, immaculate clean, professional staff, variety of services, priced fairly, beautiful facility.

Absolutely horrible! My daughter and I went in for pedicures. After waiting to go in the back we were seated in the spa chairs, my daughter was greeted and her pedicure began, I was told someone would be right with me. However, an hour later my daughter was all finished and I was still waiting to be greeted. Obviously I didn’t wait any longer. We went to check out and after having to explain to the cashier that I did not receive services and would not be paying for two pedicures her response was “I will let them know”. No apology, No Manager assistance, No costumer service. We will not be returning, and the only recommendation I would give is don’t visit this venue.
