This place is wonderful! Pam is excellent with my dog. He does not like baths and is wary of strangers. The first time I brought him here, she let him run around, get used to the smells, play with HER DOG TOYS, and get use to her. He did not even care that I left! He is usually pulling me towards the exit at other places. When I picked him up, he was playing with her. My dog is ten and has had several groomers. This place is the best by a long shot! Pam is the reason this place is wonderful. Of course, my little guy has been back to see her. He got all excited when we pulled up the second time and played with two other dogs while I checked him in. Needless to say, he didn't care that I left. I love this place! There are no cold cages to house your dog before and after here! Only a warm, kind person and a home away from home for your little "fur baby" while they get bathed and groomed. These are our kids and she treats them like they are hers.
