We decided to move forward with Posh Pools for a $20,000+ project in July 2014. We gave a $5,000+ deposit and then everything went down hill after that. Missed appointments, and no return phone calls from company in August. Finally asked for our money back and Owner delayed and delayed with excuses why a check couldn't be cut for us - and why we couldn't pick it up personally - excuse after excuse (See BBB complaint (email chain for reference)....... We wanted to meet face to face - and he kept wanting us to mail in a release and just "wait" for a check in the mail.....Refused to make an appointment with us to return check / in return for a release........This now has been going on for 4+ months and they refuse to refund us this money....So having to spend extra money on lawyers and court now to get this money back..........Beware of this company. Read all the BBB reviews - I wished I had. Now this company has had our money since July and they wont give it back - $5,000+........No contract executed, no work done, no supplies delivered. But they feel entitled keep this money $5000+......Very disappointed with Posh Pools and the way we have been treated.
