I was scheduled for an x-ray, cleaning, and fillings for my first appointment. However, I only had the x-ray done during this appointment. I was given the most expensive x-ray after asking for basic. I rescheduled for the following week for my cleaning and fillings.

At the 2nd appointment, I only had two fillings done. This was after mentioning to Dr. M that I thought I had a cavity on the same side, but top. She failed to find it (even though I could taste it). My teeth weren't cleaned during this appointment because the dental hygienist left early. Before I left I was given a quote on the overall cost/breakdown of each item, paid my deductible, and rescheduled.

The morning of my my 3rd appointment I was emailed by the man at the desk to confirm my appointment (2 and 3pm time slots). Within the email I was guaranteed that my cleaning and fillings would be done that day. Well, I only had a cleaning done because Dr. M had to conveniently leave by 3pm. Mind you that she was still there at around 3:15 when I left (Friday afternoon). Remember that cavity that Dr. M failed to find? It was confirmed to be there by the dental hygienist during this appointment. Before I left, they attempted to overcharge for my fillings and for my deductible. Luckily, I had the quote with the cheaper prices on me and didn't pay the deductible that was already paid!

I reluctantly rescheduled for today. The man who scheduled me last Friday said I wasn't on the schedule even though I had the appointment card to confirm it. In attempt to deter me, he mentioned that he wasn't in yesterday and I asked what it had to do with my appointment. He had nothing to say. I told him that if I was not scheduled for today it was the last time I would step foot in that office. Well, it turned out that I was rescheduled without being told so. This was after receiving an appointment confirmation text yesterday for today's appointment on top of it. I left and will never go back.
