We have been with terminex for over 20 years and they were very good. Recently I have had a terrible experience with them. We were always told that if there is a need for extra treatments someone would be out 24-48 hrs. This past Wednesday I called with an issue with ants in the kitchen, family room and bathroom, at my mothers home. I called and asked for help, at the time I had a terminally ill family member in the home dying. I was told no one could come until the following week. I asked if there was any way to come sooner. I was told someone would call back. No one called back except an automated call to rate their service. I called again only to be told same thing, no one available. Gave me an appointment for Aug 7th. I had to accept this. Then on Friday evening I received a call saying we can have someone come tomorrow between 8-10am. I was very happy about this. But 10 am came and no one showed. I called the service number at 11:30 and was told I did not have an appointment today. I explained that now my family member had passed away and I would need to leave town for funeral. Again asked if there was anyway they could accommodate me. Answer was no. But, they said They could come Monday. I had already told them. I would not be here. I asked them to just keep my scheduled appointment for 8/7. Now they tell me they can't schedule me an appointment after the 6th. They will have to get back to me on Monday. Had to remind them again, I won't be here Monday. Of course no supervisor is available, but will be sent an email. I can't believe there was no compassion for my situation. I was having a very hard time as it was, dealing with the death of a loved one and they actually made my situation worse. The bill for Terminex had been paid in advance for 1 year, so that cannot be an issue. I couldn't be more disappointed in them. They obviously are too busy now to take good care of their customers.

I have been a customer for 17 years with Terminex in Largo. EXCELLENT service and the Senior Discount is greatly appreciated! Phone reps Page R. and Suzanne T. (Tampa and Largo) were careful in their calculations and respected the limits of me as a senior (both hearing and financially!). The techs who have serviced inside and outside are thorough and complete in every inspection. Two years ago we decide to add the (all organic) layer of critter-hates-it layer to our attic; no critters since. I highly recommend this if you have had issues with squirrels or raccoons as pests in your attic. Terminex is the BEST!

The technician I had was very helpful. Explained what he was going to do and the pesticide he was going to use. He was on time for my appointment and did an excellent job

The company recently did an interior inspection of my Florida property . The Tec ( who was the usual suspect ) arrived at the time scheduled , was his usual professional self and did his thing . Your people always do a great job
